Summary: Could not have come up with a better place to stay! Friends were complimenting the find throughout the whole trip and the location made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go.

Summary: We walked to Main Street to eat and shop. Went to lazy river off the river. What a great city with so few people it was refreshing! Beautiful landscape and opportunities to do outdoor things every moment! Good games in the house…twister!

Summary: Our family who lives in Colorado, PA and OR gathered for a time of biking, hiking and exploring the towns nearby. The home is decorated well and very clean. The bike trail along the Colorado River is impressive and we were happy to bike there from the house.

Summary: We spent the weekend in this lovely house with two other couples and a friend while in town for the Tour of the Moon bike ride. It was a great experience. The house is charming with funky decor, comfortable beds and a nice backyard. I’ve rented lots of VRBO properties and this was by far the best equipped of them all. As an extra bonus, the beverage center with the sparkling water dispenser and different coffee options was a huge hit. Pat and Shawna thought of everything. They’ve done a lovely job of turning a 1910 bungalow into a very comfortable, modern space. It was a warm weekend and the swamp cooler did a stellar job of keeping both the upstairs and downstairs nice and cool. The location was very convenient—less than a mile to Main Street, so we parked the cars and didn’t need to use them all weekend. Pat was easy to communicate with and answered my emails and texts right away. Although we didn’t meet in person, I could tell he’s a personable host. We definitely will rent this home again if we’re in Grand Junction.

Summary: Nicely decorated and well set up house with lots of space for you to spread out. We were able to have 2 families join together for a short reunion and have space for games and for meals. It is hot in Grand Junction in the summer, as we expected, however we were disappointed we weren't able to cool the house down a little earlier in the evening. Our next trip will be in the fall and we hope to enjoy the back patio firepit and make some s'mores.

Summary: Pat was helpful in making arrangements and responded to messages quickly. The property was perfect for our large group. It is cozy, clean, and a comfortable size for eight people. I just wish we had had more time to enjoy the amenities like the covered deck and fire pit.
